Details

This is a large lake in open farmland. Northwich AA have a 500yard section on the south west side of the lake. There is no close season on this water, but keepnets are not allowed between March 15th and June 15th.

It's easy enough to find, but be aware there is about a 600 yard walk, down the path and through farm land and unfortunately it's uphill at the end of the session.

There are plenty of Bream and Tench along with a few Carp and Catfish (a 14lb Cat was caught in 1992)

• There is no close season on Pickmere

• Night Fishing to those members in possession of a Night Fishing Permit is permitted (Please see the Night Fishing Permit)

• Keepnets are not allowed between March 15th and June 15th
