Night Permits are ONLY issued to SENIOR AND SENIOR CITIZEN Members of the Association who may fish the following Waters.

• BUDWORTH MERE

• PICKMERE LAKE

• EYRES PIT

• TRENT AND MERSEY CANAL (at the following locations ONLY)

  1. Saltersford Wide.

  2. Billinge and Whatcroft Wides (from the Towpath Side ONLY)

  3. Swan Pit at Croxton Lane, Middlewich.

  4. When Night Fishing from these locations care must be taken not to obstruct the Towpath or prevent Navigation on the Canal.

• BIG BILLINGE

  1. Only on those Stages designated for Night Fishing.

• RIVER WEAVER (at the following locations ONLY)

• THE MAIN RIVER.

  1. From the Railway Viaduct (on the Dredger Length at Vale Royal) to and inclusive of the Town Centre only excluding the following areas

     1. Hunts Lock on the Hartford Side

     2. Marshalls Arm (Night fishing is only permitted from the Arm Bank into the Main River. No Night Fishing is permitted in the Arm itself)

  2. From the Railway Viaduct to the end of Hulses Island (Vale Royal Drive Side only)

  3. From the Red Lion to Saltersford at Barnton.

  4. When Night Fishing from these locations care must be taken not to obstruct the Footpath & Towpath or prevent Navigation on the River

• OLD RIVER WEAVER AT VALE ROYAL

  1. Hulses Island (on the Main River Side ONLY)

  Junior and Youth Members whether accompanied by a Senior or Senior Citizen Member or not, are not allowed to Night Fish nor be on any Association Water after Dark
