Rules

Membership Types

Senior Full Member (Male or Female): must be over 18 before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Senior Citizen Member: must be over 65 (Male) or over 60 (Female) before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Youth / Intermediate Member (Male or Female): must be under 18 before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Junior Member (Male or Female): must be under 16 before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Joint Senior Member (Man & Wife or Partner):- must both be under 65 before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Joint Senior Citizen Member (Man & Wife or Partner):- must be over 65 (Male) or over 60 (Female) before the membership year beginning 1st April.
Night Permit Member: available to only Senior and Senior Citizen members.
Family Membership: A maximum of 2 senior permits for Mother, Father or Guardians plus 1 Youth / Intermediate plus up to 3 junior permits (total 6 permits).

New Members

Senior Citizens (over 65 Male or over 60 Female) wishing to join the club must join as senior members for the first three years to qualify for the senior citizen concession.
Senior members joining between 1st November and 31st December in any year will only pay half the joining fee.
Senior members joining after the 1st of January in any year will receive the next year's membership card free (i.e. lasts up to 15months)
The family membership only carries a single joining fee.
The Joining fee includes a full colour map book and handbook. Additional copies of these can be purchased at the appropriate cost.
Holiday Permits are available for persons living further than 50 miles from Northwich. These are available for one or two weeks and only by post. (see forms below)

Lapsed Members

Members who have not been a member for two years or more will have to pay the joining fee.
Members who have been a member in the previous year (i.e. missed one year) will NOT have to pay a joining fee.

Membership Change

Senior Citizen Member: Senior Full Members who have been a senior member for the previous three years (with no breaks) qualify for the senior citizen concession rate if, over 65 (Male) or over 60 (Female) before the membership year beginning 1st April.
